Une enqu\u00eate a montr\u00e9 qu'un travailleur sur trois d\u00e9clare qu'il ne voudrait pas travailler pour un employeur qui l'obligerait \u00e0 travailler au bureau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre le salaire, ce qui les int\u00e9resse le plus, ce sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La flexibilit\u00e9 des horaires de travail (40%)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La mobilit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure au sein de l'entreprise (30%)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Et enfin les possibilit\u00e9s de travail \u00e0 distance (30%)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus surprenant encore, le site de recherche d'emploi Linkedin a signal\u00e9 que les recherches d'emplois \u00e0 distance ont augment\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re exponentielle sur la plateforme. Par cons\u00e9quent, les entreprises vont tr\u00e8s probablement mettre l'accent sur le travail \u00e0 distance pour attirer les meilleurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments, et ensuite, comme un effet domino, d'autres entreprises suivront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li><em>Les entreprises passeront \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le de travail mixte<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est probable que les employeurs adopteront plut\u00f4t un mod\u00e8le de travail plus mixte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce mod\u00e8le consiste \u00e0 permettre aux employ\u00e9s de passer du travail au bureau au travail \u00e0 domicile pendant diff\u00e9rentes p\u00e9riodes.
